  • All sales are final
    Because every item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
  • Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items
    If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Lost packages
    If a package is marked delivered but you can’t locate it, please check with your household, neighbors, and local carrier first. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Order changes/cancellations
    Because we start production quickly, requests to change or cancel an order can only be accommodated within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, changes aren’t guaranteed.
