Order Questions
Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you don’t see any updates within 7–10 business days, check your spam folder or reach out to us so we can help locate your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we start production quickly, requests to change or cancel an order can only be accommodated within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, changes aren’t guaranteed.
Are taxes included in the price?
For customers in the EU, prices include VAT where applicable.
For customers outside the EU, local taxes or duties may be charged upon delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
How fast do you ship?
Standard fulfillment typically takes 3-4 business days for contemporary Prints. Hand Crafted pieces may take longer — we’ll notify you if there’s any delay.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, expedited shipping is not available. If this changes, we will update our shipping page accordingly.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to select countries — rates and delivery times will be shown at checkout. Import duties and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns and all sales are final. Because every item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.

Products & Materials
What materials do you use?
All BrushForma products are crafted with quality materials — premium papers, sustainably sourced woods, and archival-grade inks. Specific materials are listed on each product page.
Why isn’t every item available in every size?
Sizes vary based on design proportions and material limitations to maintain visual quality and structural integrity.
Do you offer custom or made-to-order items?
Currently, we do not offer custom made order.
Digital Files & Downloads
How do downloads work?
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with download links. Please save the files to a desktop or laptop for best printing results. (Similar approach to digital art download procedures many shops use.)
Can I print my digital file anywhere?
Yes — you can use home printers, online print services, or local print shops. If you need help choosing where to print, contact us.
Can I resell or redistribute digital downloads?
No — digital downloads are for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise stated in licensing terms.
Artwork & Authenticity
Who creates the artwork at BrushForma?
All artwork is originally created by Assaa, the founder and artist behind BrushForma. Each piece is hand-drawn or hand-written, rooted in Japanese calligraphy and minimalist design philosophy.
Is your artwork mass-produced?
No. While some pieces are professionally reproduced for consistency and quality, every design begins as an original artwork by Assaa. BrushForma does not license, resell, or source artwork from other artists.
Do you offer unique or one-of-a-kind pieces?
Yes. Select works are available as unique, one-of-a-kind originals. These will always be clearly labeled on the product page.
